Jessica Prado

Jessica began her riding career when she was 9 years old. Today, 26 years later, her passion for horses is as strong as ever, a passion which she readily shares with her clients.

Jessica has been riding since the 4th grade, and it has always been her responsibility to provide full care for the horses she has owned.  She has been fortunate to have had the opportunity to compete in rated and non-rated shows throughout Florida for the past 25 years.  She also has competed in Georgia, the Carolinas and Maryland.

Jessica has trained under Bill Schaub, Don Stewart, Paddy Downing Nyegard, Georgann Powers and the late Marie Zella Speed.

Over the past two decades, Jessica has won hundreds of ribbons and dozens of Championships, plus an overwhelming assortment of other trophies for her accomplishments at local, zone, regional and national levels.

The love of her amateur career was Baby Pictures.  Jessica and "Baby" were quite a pair throughout the late 90's and beyond.  Baby retired in 2001 and died in 2002.

Jessica is known throughout Florida for her riding ability, plus the quality of riding education she has received from trainers she has worked with during her junior and amateur career.  In addition to her riding and training skills, Jessica is a licensed equine massage therapist, which enables her to recognize and resolve many horse issues.
